心律失常可影响脯血液循环,在人已证明有脑血流量的显著降低。本文报告10例脑血管机能不全者进行长时间心电图监护,以发现和脑血管症状有关的心律失常。 10例中9例为脑血管机能不全,1例有2次晕厥发作。男7例,女3例,年龄47~68岁,平均60岁。每例均进行详细的体检、神经系统和神经血管检查,主,颈,颅内动脉造影。同时还作了长达24小时的心电图监护。结果发现8例为暂时脑缺血发作或可逆的缺血性神经障碍,其中颈内动脉系和椎基动脉系各4例。2例为完全性卒中后遗留有轻度障碍。10例中,有颈或锁骨上动脉杂音和高血压者各4例。
Arrhythmias can affect blood circulation in the bloodstream and have been shown to have a significant reduction in cerebral blood flow in humans. This article reports 10 cases of cerebrovascular insufficiency for long time ECG monitoring to detect and arrhythmia associated with cerebrovascular symptoms. Nine of 10 patients had cerebrovascular insufficiency, and one had two episodes of syncope. 7 males and 3 females, aged 47 to 68 years, an average of 60 years old. Each case were detailed physical examination, neurological and neurovascular examination, main, neck, intracranial arteriography. At the same time also made up to 24 hours of ECG monitoring. The results showed that 8 cases were transient ischemic attack or reversible ischemic neuropathy, of which 4 cases were internal carotid artery and vertebral artery. Two patients had mild disorder left after complete stroke. 10 cases, there are neck or supraclavicular artery murmur and hypertension in 4 cases.
