目的提高医学死亡证明书填写质量和上报的时效性,使其成为生命统计中死亡人口根本死因分析的重要来源和医疗机构诊治水平的重要衡量依据。方法总结某院三年1850人“医学死亡证明书”上报和填写中存在的问题,针对共性问题进行全员培训,再次明确并优化了死因直报流程,加强了直报前的审核和监管,建立了奖惩机制。结果死因直报工作连续成为东城区先进单位和北京市先进单位。结论 “医学死亡证明书”是医疗文书的一部分,领导重视,专人负责,流程明确和加强质控是做好此项工作的关键。
