通过对热轧后小H型钢立即进行强制冷却,实现型钢组织从奥氏体向铁素体转变过程中的晶粒细化,从而很大程度提高小H型钢的屈服强度。根据这个理论和温度场模拟计算以及现场实际条件设计的在线控制冷却系统在马钢小H型钢生产线上得到应用。应用结果显示,Q235材质的小H型钢屈服强度比空冷条件下提高50 MPa以上。
The small H-shaped steels were immediately forcedly cooled by hot rolling to achieve grain refinement during the transformation from austenite to ferrite, thereby greatly improving the yield strength of small H-shaped steels. According to this theory and the simulation of the temperature field and the on-site actual conditions, the on-line control cooling system is applied in the M-HG small H-beam production line. The application results show that the yield strength of Q235 small H-section steels is higher than that of air-cooled 50 MPa.
