目的探讨强化康复训练对脑瘫患儿下肢功能及动运障碍的影响。方法选取在鹤壁市人民总院医院治疗的84例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机表将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上行强化康复训练,观察两组下肢运动功能变化情况,行Fufl-Meyer运动功能评分评定运动障碍改善情况。结果观察组康复训练9个月后腓肠肌张力、足背屈角分别为(1.29±0.22)级、(1.29±0.22)°,均显著低于对照组,GMFM评分为(77.29±3.54)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组训练9个月后Fufl-Meyer运动功能评分为(84.24±6.20)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化康复训练能降低腓肠肌张力,促使肌群肌力恢复,缓解运动障碍。
Objective To investigate the effects of intensive rehabilitation training on the lower extremity function and motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Eighty-four children with cerebral palsy treated in People’s Hospital of Hebi City were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by digital random table. The control group received routine rehabilitation training. The observation group received intensive rehabilitation The changes of lower extremity motor function were observed and compared in both groups. Fufl-Meyer motor function score was used to evaluate the improvement of dyskinesia. Results After 9 months of rehabilitation training, the tension and dorsiflexion of gastrocnemius in the observation group were (1.29 ± 0.22) and (1.29 ± 0.22) ° respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group. The GMFM score was (77.29 ± 3.54) higher than (P <0.05). The score of Fufl-Meyer motor function in the observation group after training for 9 months was (84.24 ± 6.20) points, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant ). Conclusion Intensive rehabilitation training can reduce gastrocnemius muscle tone, promote muscle strength recovery and relieve dyskinesia.
