随着人们生活水平的提高,居民对住宅使用功能的要求愈来愈高,本着“面积不大功能全,标准不高水平高”的原则,笔者经过认真研究,征求了多方意见,进行多方案比较后,设计出一套全明型两室两厅住宅方案(图1),下面作一些介绍。一、户型及面积本方案采用北梯一梯两户型住宅,每户建筑面积为65米~2,使用面积为49.7米~2,使用面积系数为76.5％。
