目的观察幼儿使用含氟牙膏对机体氟化物水平的影响。 方法采用氟电极法对近 2 0 0名实验组(使用含氟牙膏 )和对照组 (使用不含氟牙膏 ) 3~ 6岁幼儿发氟和尿氟水平进行测定。 结果对照组幼儿在使用不含氟牙膏 2月后发氟浓度、尿氟浓度和 2 4h尿氟排泄量都有明显下降 ,与实验组幼儿比较差异显著。 结论在生活习惯和周围环境无明显改变的情况下 ,含氟牙膏的使用能够引起幼儿机体内氟化物水平的变化。结果还提示年龄可能是影响幼儿氟化物摄入水平的因素之一。
Objective To observe the effect of fluoride toothpaste on fluoride levels in children. Methods The levels of fluorine and urinary fluoride in children aged 3 ~ 6 years were measured by fluoride electrode method in nearly 200 experimental groups (using fluoride toothpaste) and in control group (using non-fluoride toothpaste). Results Compared with the experimental group, the children in the control group had a significant decrease in fluoride concentration, urinary fluoride concentration and urinary fluoride excretion after 24 hours of use of non-fluoride toothpaste, which was significantly different from that of the experimental group. Conclusion The use of fluoride toothpaste can cause the changes of fluoride levels in young children under the condition of no change in living habits and the surrounding environment. The results also suggest that age may be one of the factors that affect fluoride intake in young children.
