民以食为天,随着人类工业化的发展,生产中不注重环境保护,原生态环境受到极大的破坏。波及到人类的生活环境,农业安全生产,乃至人的心灵。在食品领域,从原材料的种植、加工、储存,到食品的生产、运输等各个环节都受着有毒有害化学物质的潜在污染。本文结合作者多年工作经验,以食品检测中有机磷农药的常用检测方法为研究核心,详细阐述了食品有机磷检测中几种常用的检测方法。
Food is the world, with the development of human industrialization, production does not pay attention to environmental protection, the original ecological environment has been greatly damaged. Spread to the living environment of mankind, agricultural safety and production, and even human mind. In the field of food, the potential contamination of toxic and harmful chemical substances from various aspects such as the cultivation, processing, storage of raw materials, to the production and transportation of foodstuffs, etc. are all affected. Based on the author’s many years of working experience, this paper takes the common detection methods of organophosphorus pesticides in food testing as the core, and expounds several commonly used detection methods in the detection of organic phosphorus in food.
