目的研究硫酸铜对玉米根尖细胞遗传毒性效应。方法以玉米根尖为实验材料,用0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.00g/L的硫酸铜溶液为诱变剂,处理24h,测定玉米根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率。结果与对照组比较,0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.00g/L硫酸铜溶液组玉米根尖细胞的微核率和有丝分裂指数以及0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50g/L硫酸铜溶液组玉米根尖细胞的染色体畸变率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论硫酸铜对玉米根尖细胞有明显的遗传毒性效应。
Objective To study the genetic toxicity of copper sulfate on root tip cells of corn. Methods The root tip of corn was used as experimental material, and the copper sulfate solution 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00g / L was used as mutagen for 24 hours to determine the mitotic index, micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate .
