1.运用目标激励激发地理学习动机美国马里兰大学管理学兼心理学教授洛克(E.A.Locke)认为,目标本身就具有激励作用,目标能把人的需要转变为动机,使人们的行为朝着一定的方向努力,并将自己的行为结果与既定的目标相对照,及时进行调整和修正,从而实现目标。地理教学实践也表明,当学生不知道学什么,怎样学,为什么而学的时候,学生会降低学习动机。目标本身的属性对学习动机的影响主要体现在两个方面:
