Objective To investigate the effects of different combinations of cut off male erectile nerves, erection vessels and ischial muscle on erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods 285 male Wistar rats of reproductive age were divided into groups A1 to A7 (erectile nerve; erection vessel; sponge muscle of sciatica; erectile nerve and blood vessels; muscle of nerve and ischialis; erection vessels and (Erection nerve, erectile blood vessel, ischialis muscle); erectile nerve and contralateral erection vessel group (C1 group) ); Erectile nerve and contralateral ischial sponge muscle group (C2 group); erectile blood vessels and contralateral sciatic sponge muscle group (C3 group); sham operation group (D group) Healthy control group (E group, n = 5). 285 infertile women of reproductive age were randomly assigned to each of the above groups. Observe mating female mice pregnancy (3 months). Results The death rates of group A1 ~ A4 were 4, 2, 3 and 2, respectively. The fertilization rate of mating female rats was 100%. The death rates of A5 ~ A7 group were 4, 5 and 4, respectively. The fertilization rate of mating female rats was 88.9% and 83.3 %, And 94.1%, respectively. There were 3, 2, 3, 2, 5 and 5 deaths in B1 ~ B3 and C1 ~ C3 groups, respectively. E group no death, matched females conception rate of 100%. CONCLUSION: Different combinations can not induce permanent ED in rats with ipsilateral erection, erection, and ischial sponge muscle. Different combinations of bilateral erectile nerves, erection vessels and ischial sponge muscle lead to permanent ED.
