随着计算机仿真技术的发展,虚拟现实技术与化工流程视景仿真及化工流程模拟技术的结合引起了科研工作者的高度关注,国内外都在这一领域开展了广泛的研究,但是该技术的应用通常针对的都是某一固定的化工流程,操作人员无法根据自己的需要动态搭建化工流程,因而将虚拟装配技术与化工仿真相结合,具有重大的现实意义。通过基于虚拟装配技术的化工仿真系统的开发,实现了化工流程的动态搭建与拆卸,在数字化化工厂的设计建设方面将大有可为,为该技术在化工领域的进一步推广进行了有力的探索。由于三维工艺过程虚拟装配仿真系统场景的直观性和沉浸性使操作者对工艺过程产生较强的理性认识,并通过模拟操作掌握工艺流程和技术要点。可为化学品尤其是高危化学品的生产研究全过程开辟新的技术途径并提供决策支持,降低化工过程研究的人力、物力、财力,尤其是降低新产品的开发风险。

Due to the intuition and immersion of the virtual assembly simulation system scene in the three-dimensional process, the operator has a strong rational understanding of the process and grasps the process flow and technical points through the simulation operation. It can open up new technical approaches and provide decision-making support for the whole production process of chemicals, especially high-risk chemicals, and reduce the manpower, material and financial resources of chemical process research, especially reducing the risk of new product development.
