提高曲轴的使用寿命是提高内燃机车运用可靠性和经济性的一个重要课题。1975~1978年我段使用的东风型内燃机车有相当数量的曲轴发生裂纹,在运行中曲轴断裂使柴油机的机体多次发生大破,不但造成严重的经济损失,还直接威胁到行车人员的安全。仅1977年和1978年,我段发生曲轴断裂62根(不包括机车进厂后发现裂纹的曲轴),价值达30多万元。近几年来,我们从改善段修工艺着手,对曲轴断裂的故障进行技术攻关,摸索了一套较为合适的柴油机检修工艺。经过几年的努力,曲轴断裂
Improve the service life of crankshaft is an important issue to improve the reliability and economy of diesel locomotives. During the period from 1975 to 1978, a considerable number of crankshafts were cracked in the Dongfeng diesel locomotive used in this paragraph. During the operation, crankshaft rupture caused large-scale breakage of the diesel engine body many times, which not only caused serious economic losses but also directly threatened the safety of vehicle drivers. In 1977 and 1978 alone, there were 62 crankshaft breaks in my section (excluding crankshafts where cracks were found after locomotives entered the factory), amounting to more than 300,000 yuan.
