目的:探讨不同类型患牙应用根管测量仪测量根管长度的准确性。方法:选择88例需要根管治疗的病例,共122颗患牙,均为单根牙,其中牙髓炎组62颗,根尖周炎组60颗。两组分别采用Root ZX根管测量仪测量根管工作长度并与X线法计算的根管工作长度比较,了解其应用在不同患牙时的准确性。结果:应用根管测量仪牙髓炎组的准确率优于根尖周炎组。结论:电测法测定根管工作长度快速、准确,但对较复杂的患牙,需用X线辅助校正电测法的结果。
Objective: To investigate the accuracy of root canal length measurement in different types of teeth by root canal measuring instrument. Methods: A total of 122 cases of teeth requiring root canal therapy were selected. All of them were single teeth, of which 62 were pulpitis group and 60 were periapical periodontitis group. Root ZX root canal measuring instrument was used to measure the working length of root canal separately and compared with the working length of root canal calculated by X-ray method. The accuracy of the application was evaluated in different teeth. Results: The accuracy of endodontic group was better than that of apical periodontitis group. Conclusion: The electrical measurement of root canal length of work fast and accurate, but for more complicated teeth, the need to use X-ray to correct the results of electrical measurements.
