采用Curl 的聚并分散模型来描述旋转填充床内微观混合的情况, 模拟转速和流量对一个偶氮化合反应体系产物分布的影响。模拟结果与实验结果的比较表明, 在旋转填充床中液体宏观分布并非完全均匀, 在考虑到这点后, 二者吻合良好。模拟及实验结果表明, 提高转速及增加流量能促进微观混合。
The coalescence and dispersion model of Curl is used to describe the effect of microscopic mixing in a rotating packed bed, and to simulate the effect of rotational speed and flow rate on the product distribution of an azo compound. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results shows that the macroscopic distribution of the liquid in the rotating packed bed is not completely uniform. Taking into account this point, the two agree well. Simulation and experimental results show that increasing speed and increasing flow rate can promote micro-mixing.
