目的探讨诊断CT模拟定位在三维适形放疗中的临床价值。方法 2010年7月至2012年7月,济源市肿瘤医院诊治的肿瘤患者67例,使用多层螺旋CT进行模拟定位扫描,影像学资料输入三维适形放射治疗计划系统(TPS)工作站,在TPS设计放疗计划并实施,放疗治疗结束后复查CT。结果 67例肿瘤患者均靶区定位准确,病灶与毗邻组织的界限显示良好,其中21例完全缓解,38例部分缓解,6例无变化,2例进展,其总有效率为88.1%(59/67),放疗期间未见严重并发症。结论对于三维适形放疗,诊断CT模拟定位能够提供精确定位,疗效好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of diagnostic CT in three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Methods From July 2010 to July 2012, 67 patients with cancer who were diagnosed and treated in Jiyuan Tumor Hospital were scanned with multi-slice spiral CT. The imaging data were imported into the TPS workstation, Radiotherapy plans and implementation of design, radiotherapy after treatment review of CT. Results Totally 67 patients with tumor targeted accurately, and the borderline between the lesion and the adjacent tissue was good. Among them, 21 cases were completely relieved, 38 cases partially relieved, 6 cases no change and 2 cases progressed. The total effective rate was 88.1% 67), no serious complications during radiotherapy. Conclusions For three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, the diagnosis of CT simulation positioning can provide accurate positioning, good curative effect, and worthy of clinical promotion.
