由于海外施工环境和国内施工环境的不同,施工企业的海外施工项目将会遇到不同的施工问题和工程风险,而精益化管理对于解决工程问题,防范工程风险具有重要意义。本文将对精益化管理理论进行阐述,通过结合国外的具体公路施工案例,分析海外项目精细化管理的具体措施,希望对于提高我国施工企业海外工程项目质量提供帮助。
Due to different overseas construction environment and domestic construction environment, overseas construction projects of construction enterprises will encounter different construction problems and project risks, and lean management is of great significance for solving engineering problems and preventing project risks. This article will elaborate on the theory of lean management. By combining with the concrete cases of highway construction abroad, this paper will analyze the concrete measures of fine management of overseas projects and hope to help to improve the quality of overseas construction projects of construction enterprises in our country.
