目的:探讨西拉普利在逆转心血管重构现象中钙代谢调节的作用。方法:采取自发性高血压鼠(SHR)、正常血压对照鼠(WKY)配对及服药前后对比。结果:①SHR与WKY对比,心脏和肠系膜动脉内膜、中膜及其间质细胞均有重构现象;②SHR同时存在心肌细胞、血管内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞内线粒体数量增加,体密度增加及线粒体肿胀,脊溶解及空泡样变性,线粒体比表面减少;③SHR外周淋巴细胞〔Ca2+〕i增多;④经西拉普利治疗3个月后SHR血压下降,〔Ca2+〕i下降,细胞内线粒体变化得到改善,同时心脏和血管重构现象亦得到有效逆转,SHR病死率下降。结论:西拉普利逆转高血压心血管重构的作用与其调节异常钙代谢及纠正器官钙超负荷有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cilazapril on calcium metabolism in reversing cardiovascular remodeling. Methods: The spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and normal blood pressure control rats (WKY) were paired and compared before and after treatment. Results: ①SHR and WKY, cardiac and mesenteric artery intima, media and interstitial cells were reconstructed; ② SHR simultaneous increase in the number of mitochondria, body density and mitochondria in the myocardial cells, vascular endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells Swelling, ossification and vacuolar degeneration of mitochondria, mitochondrial specific surface area decreased; ③The number of peripheral lymphocytes [Ca2 +] i in SHR increased; ④ After 3 months of Cilazapril treatment, the blood pressure of SHR decreased, [Ca2 +] i decreased, Improved, heart and vascular remodeling also effectively reversed, SHR mortality decreased. CONCLUSION: Cilazapril can reverse the cardiovascular remodeling of hypertension in regulating abnormal calcium metabolism and correcting the organ overload of calcium.
