随着人们消费需求的个性化程度不断提高,对主题酒店的偏爱日甚。主题酒店业也进入了快速成长的阶段。一大批主题酒店如雨后春笋般涌现为酒店的生存带来巨大的压力。主题酒店要想在与众多的酒店竞争中立于不败之地,需要建立自己的核心竞争力,拥有独特的竞争优势。本文根据主题酒店发展的现状,探究主题酒店竞争优势的来源,并依此提出几项提升主题酒店竞争优势的具体策略。
As people’s demand for personalization continues to increase, the preference for themed hotels is increasing. Themed hotel industry has also entered a phase of rapid growth. A large number of theme hotels have sprung up to bring tremendous pressure to the hotel’s existence. The theme hotel in order to compete with numerous hotels in an invincible position, you need to establish their own core competitiveness, has a unique competitive advantage. Based on the current situation of theme hotel development, this paper explores the source of competitive advantage of theme hotel and proposes several specific strategies to enhance the competitive advantage of theme hotel.
