快速金属模具制造是一种新的模具制造技术。为获得高质量的陶瓷型精密铸造金属模具，着重从硅酸乙酯水解液的制取、耐火材料粒度级配、陶瓷浆料制作、催化剂选择、喷烧工艺和焙烧工艺等几方面进行系统研究，得出一整套将分层实体制造ＬＯＭ原型应用于生产高质量的陶瓷型精密铸造金属模具的工艺，经实际生产验证，取得良好的效果。
