地下连续墙作为临时围护、地下室外墙、竖向承重的“三墙合一”结构,其应用越来越广,当其兼作承重结构时,主要承担单柱或裙房竖向荷载,单幅承载力设计值普遍较小。本文结合五矿金融大厦项目施工实例,介绍了TT型地下连续墙的设计、槽体加固、成槽工艺、垂直度控制、后注浆施工等关键技术,经过严格的施工控制,完全满足“三墙合一”功能,其成功经验对类似工程具有较高的参考价值。
