采用举实例剖析的方法,对轻工业科技期刊常见的两类表达问题作了探讨,并提出了修改建议。针对“固液比”、“料液比”的提法,依据比率定义,指出其错误所在,建议采用“浸提剂用量”的量名称并明确其单位;针对多因素多水平正交试验的表达问题,强调了因素是物质的物理量而非物质本身的名称,而水平则是其不同程度的物理量值,对示例的文字和表格作了相应的修正示范。
Taking the method of example analysis, this paper discusses two kinds of common expression problems of light industry sci-tech periodicals and puts forward suggestions for revision. According to the definition of “ratio of solid to liquid” and “ratio of solid to liquid”, the definition of the ratio is pointed out and its error is pointed out. It is recommended to use the quantity of “amount of leaching agent” and clarify its unit; The question of multi-level orthogonal test expresses the fact that the factor is the physical quantity of the material rather than the name of the material itself, while the level is the physical quantity of the different degree.
