社会主义市场经济体制的建立和加入WTO ,给我国私营个体经济带来了前所未有的发展机遇 ,政府应采取措施 ,促使其加快发展。为此 ,必须注意三个问题 :一是在对私营个体经济的地位、作用认识上 ,必须既解放思想 ,又实事求是 ;二是在推动私营个体经济发展过程中 ,必须既“快速”又“健康” ;三是在政府和私营个体经济的关系上 ,必须既科学合理 ,又规范合法 The establishment of a socialist market economic system and accession to the WTO have brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the privately-owned economy in our country. The government should take measures to speed up its development. Therefore, we must pay attention to three issues: First, we must emancipate our minds and seek truth from facts on the status and role of the privately owned individual economy. Second, we must be both “quick” and “healthy” in promoting the development of the private economy.
