利用喷射沉积技术成功地制备了Ni-Al-Mo系Ni3Al基高温合金及其复合材料盘坯,对其显微组织和力学性能进行了测试和分析,并对陶瓷粒子的复合机制进行了初步探讨。
Ni-Al-Mo Ni3Al-based superalloy and its composite material disk were successfully prepared by spray deposition technique. The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ni-Al-Mo Ni3Al-based superalloy and its composite were tested and analyzed. The complex mechanism of ceramic particles was also discussed .
