结合广东地区夏季极端降雨多发的情况,提出建立室内外模拟实验的方法来研究外掺剂高模量沥青混合料的水稳定性能。通过马歇尔试验和静态模量、劈裂试验得到外掺剂的最佳剂量为0.6%。对最佳掺量的AC-13C和AC-20级配混合料和未掺加外掺剂的AC-13C和AC-20级配混合料进行对比试验;试验结果表明:室内模拟试验下高模量混合料的水稳定性能提高了13%左右;室外长期水损害试验,AC-13C和AC-20高模量混合料的水稳定性能分别提高了25%和43%。此外,试验也表明,真空循环饱水条件下的煮沸冻融试验和夏季高温水浴试验能较好地反映荷载作用和夏季高温多雨对沥青混凝土路面水稳定性的影响。
Combined with the extreme summer rainfall in summer in Guangdong, a method of indoor and outdoor simulation experiments was proposed to study the water stability of high modulus asphalt mixture with admixture. Through the Marshall test and static modulus, the optimal dosage of the external admixture was found to be 0.6% by the splitting test. The best proportion of AC-13C and AC-20 grade compounding materials and AC-13C and AC-20 grade compounding materials with no admixture were compared. The results showed that the high modulus The water stability of the mixture increased by about 13%. The water stability of AC-13C and AC-20 high modulus composites increased by 25% and 43% respectively in long-term outdoor water damage test. In addition, the experiment also shows that the boiling freeze-thaw test and the hot summer water bath test under the conditions of full-circulating vacuum can better reflect the influence of the load and the high temperature and rainy summer on the asphalt pavement water stability.
