对国产与进口水滑石产品在粉体分子结构、粒径、化学式、热性能及红外吸收等性能上的异同进行了比较。结果表明国产水滑石的分子结构特征、热性能、红外吸收性能与日本水滑石基本相同。将上述两种水滑石作为保温添加剂用于农膜生产后发现,两者的加工性、力学性能、透光率及实际应用时的流滴、消雾、保温、防老化功能也无明显差异,国产助剂的成本却大幅下降。但因国产水滑石的粒径稍大,影响到农膜的雾度值和红外线透过率与进口水滑石相比均略有上升。文章对制成的农膜在红外线透过率测试方面趋势不同的原因,以及水滑石在今后的研究方向进行了初步的探讨。
The similarities and differences between domestic and imported hydrotalcite products in powder molecular structure, particle size, chemical formula, thermal property and infrared absorption were compared. The results show that the molecular structure, thermal properties and infrared absorption properties of domestic hydrotalcite are basically the same as those of Japanese hydrotalcite. The above two kinds of hydrotalcite as a heat preservation additive for the production of agricultural film found that the two processing, mechanical properties, light transmittance and the practical application of droplet, anti-fog, heat preservation, anti-aging function no significant difference, The cost of domestic additives has dropped dramatically. However, due to the slightly larger particle size of the domestic hydrotalcite, the haze value and infrared transmittance of the agricultural film are slightly higher than that of the imported hydrotalcite. The article makes a tentative discussion on the different trends of the finished agricultural films in the infrared transmittance test and the future research direction of hydrotalcite.
