目前,我国连锁餐饮企业人才发展规划仍在发展阶段,企业之间的差异巨大,致使人才发展规划没有一定的标准,促使许多优秀职工得不到心理和精神上的满足,由此带来了一系列的问题。本文以上海辉哥餐饮投资管理集团旗下的年轻品牌小辉哥火锅的人才发展规划存在的问题进行分析,并找出原因,阐述其原由,最后提出了小辉哥火锅人才发展规划策略,提供具有公平性和竞争力的人才发展规划,增强人才发展规划信息的透明度,充分发挥人才发展规划的激励作用,增强员工内部的沟通等。为我国连锁餐饮企业人才发展规划提供一定的参考价值。
At present, the talent development plan of chain catering enterprises in our country is still in the developing stage, and there is a huge difference among enterprises.
