采用大鼠足爪肿胀法、鼠耳肿胀法和毛细血管通透性法 ,观察消瘀止痛膏抗炎作用 ,实验结果显示其能降低蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠鼠耳肿胀程度和降低冰乙酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的作用 ,表明消瘀止痛膏具有明显抗炎作用 Rat paw swelling method, mouse ear swelling method and capillary vascular permeability method were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Xiaoying Zhitong ointment. The experimental results showed that it could reduce the paw swelling caused by egg white and xylene-induced mouse ear. The degree of swelling and the reduced effect of glacial acetic acid on capillary permeability in mice indicate that Xiaoying Zhitong ointment has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.
