纵观世界上优秀的企业,无一不意识到服务对公司经营的重要性,对于安徽卫视来说也同样如此。服务已经成为构建安徽卫视竞争力的重要战略,2008年推出的“迎客松”贵宾服务体系正是对这一战略的深入执行。一、服务是媒体的竞争力作为一家优秀的媒体,服务的软性指标在媒体的经营中起到越来越重要的作用。它代表着媒体竞争力的重要方面,是媒体增加产品附加值,实施差别化战略,进而获得竞争优势的最佳途径。
