随着经济增速的放缓,我国国有企业发展速度也有所降低,在效益上已经不能保证如之前般的腾飞。而国有企业员工对企业的发展和自身的要求越来越大,于当前的形势产生对比,导致一部分员工的工作满意度下降,在薪资待遇、提升空间等等各方面出现人力资源管理危机,导致员工和人才的流失。本文通过对国有企业员工工作满意度进行了分析,并对提高工作满意度的措施进行了论述。
With the slowdown of economic growth, the development speed of China’s state-owned enterprises has also been reduced, and the benefits have not been able to guarantee the take-off as before. However, the SOE employees’ demands for the development of their own businesses and their own are getting bigger and bigger. Compared with the current situation, the work satisfaction of some employees has dropped. The crisis of human resources management has taken place in areas such as salary treatment, space improvement and so on, resulting in The loss of staff and talent. This paper analyzes the job satisfaction of employees in state-owned enterprises, and discusses the measures to improve job satisfaction.
