选择硫含量较高的矿石为分析目标,通过优化仪器参数和实验条件,利用高频红外碳硫仪实现了对矿石中高含量硫的分析检测。在高硫检测池中,用GBW07167,GBW07170,ZBK325多点校正,燃烧时间45s,称量0.0300 g左右,可准确检测含硫10%~55%的矿石样品,3种硫化矿标准物质检测结果RSD<3%,RE<3%;4个未知样品的检测结果 RSD<2%,与硫酸钡重量法结果对比RE<3%;并检测了17个其他含硫超过10%的矿石标准物质,检测结果多类矿种能达到RSD<5%,RE<5%,满足大部分常见矿石样品的检测。
The ore with high sulfur content was chosen as the target of the analysis. By optimizing the instrument parameters and experimental conditions, the high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer was used to analyze and detect the high content of sulfur in the ore. In the high-sulfur test tank, it can be accurately calibrated with GBW07167, GBW07170 and ZBK325 multi-point calibration, burning time is 45s, weighing about 0.0300g, and can accurately detect ore samples with 10% -55% sulfur content and RSD <3%, RE <3%; RSD <2% for 4 unknown samples, RE <3% compared to barium sulfate gravimetric results; and 17 other ore standards containing more than 10% As a result, many kinds of minerals can achieve RSD <5% and RE <5%, which can meet the detection of most common ore samples.
