目的应用静态三维超声重建的方法显示孔源性视网膜脱离的立体结构形态和视网膜裂孔。方法应用Hpsonos1500多功能超声诊断仪,以计算机控制的步进马达带动7.0MHz换能器采集二维图像,经Tomtec计算机成像系统重建三维图像。结果在13例14只眼中成功完成了静态三维超声重建,显示了视网膜的立体结构及部分视网膜裂孔。结论静态三维超声重建可提高对视网膜脱离的空间结构关系的认识能力,为屈光间质混浊的病例发现视网膜裂孔提供了新的诊断方法。
Objective To observe the stereoscopic structure and retinal breaks of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by static three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction. Methods Hpsonos1500 multi-function ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, computer-controlled stepper motor driven 7.0MHz transducer acquisition two-dimensional images, Tomtec computer imaging system to reconstruct the three-dimensional images. Results Static three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction was successfully performed in 13 eyes of 14 eyes, showing the stereoscopic structure of the retina and partial retinal breaks. Conclusion Static three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction can improve the understanding of the spatial structure of retinal detachment and provide a new diagnostic method for the detection of retinal breaks in cases of refractive mellitus and opacity.
