研究了三种生物碱对麦蚜的杀虫效果。结果表明：10%皂素烟碱1000倍、40%硫酸烟碱1000倍和0．3％苦参碱300倍对麦蚜的田间防效均稳定保持在98％以上，并能保护麦田中的天敌数量。此3种生物碱与40％氧化乐果乳油作药效对照．防蚜效果相当。对于减少化学农药污染环境，开发我国极其丰富的植物性农药资源，具有极显著的社会、生态和经济效益。
