目的建立六味地黄浓缩丸中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(20∶8 0);流速:1.0 mL.min?1;检测波长:280 nm;柱温:30℃。结果 5-HMF在0.026 2~2.62 mg.mL?1内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.57%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确度好,可有效控制该制剂中5-羟甲基糠醛含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) in Liuwei Dihuang Pills. Methods The Agilent Zorbax C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (20:80). The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min -1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results The linearity of 5-HMF in 0.026 2 ~ 2.62 mg.mL -1 was good with the average recovery of 99.7% and RSD of 0.57%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can effectively control the 5 - hydroxymethyl furfural content of the preparation.
