针对现有地铁车辆能耗计量装置存在的问题,为有效区分各种能耗数据、保证能耗测量数据的准确性和及时性,设计了一款高精度能耗计量装置。主要介绍能耗计量装置的设计方案、工作原理、结构特点、元器件的选型及电路的优化设计。通过试验验证能耗计量装置结构的合理性、性能的可靠性、测量数据的高精度性、良好的电磁兼容性。装车试验的结果证明了能耗计量装置充分满足列车的电能采集,数据存储,显示和通信的要求,为列车节能和科学管理提供了可靠的保证。
Aiming at the existing problems of energy consumption metering devices in existing subway vehicles, a high-precision energy consumption metering device is designed in order to effectively distinguish various energy consumption data and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the energy consumption measurement data. Mainly introduces the design scheme of energy metering device, working principle, structural characteristics, component selection and circuit optimization design. The structure of the energy consumption measuring device is validated through experiments, the reliability of the performance, the high precision of the measured data and the good electromagnetic compatibility. The result of loading test proves that the energy consumption metering device fully meets the requirements of train energy collection, data storage, display and communication, and provides a reliable guarantee for energy saving and scientific management of trains.
