目的:研究肺静脉与左心房连接变异及肺静脉孔的大小、形状。方法:收集103例排除影响肺静脉疾病的影像资料,分析肺静脉与左心房连接类型,测量肺静脉孔长短径,计算肺静脉孔指数。结果:标准4支肺静脉占78.6%(81例),上肺静脉孔长短径大于下肺静脉孔,右上肺静脉孔长短径大于左上肺静脉孔,右下肺静脉孔长短径大于左下肺静脉孔(P<0.05);右肺静脉孔指数大于左肺静脉孔,左上、下肺静脉孔指数差异无统计学意义(P=0.773>0.05),其余数据有统计学意义;男性肺静脉孔较女性大,男女性肺静脉孔指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺静脉解剖变异较大,各肺静脉孔大小、形状不同;64层螺旋CT能为射频消融治疗房颤及胸外科手术提供肺静脉解剖学基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the variation of pulmonary venous connection to left atrium and the size and shape of pulmonary veins. Methods: 103 cases of pulmonary vein disease were excluded from the imaging data. The types of pulmonary venous and left atrium were analyzed. The length and width of pulmonary veins were measured. The pulmonary venous porosity index was calculated. Results: The standard 4 pulmonary veins accounted for 78.6% (81 cases). The length and diameter of the superior pulmonary veins were larger than that of the lower pulmonary veins. The diameter of the right upper pulmonary veins was longer than that of the left upper pulmonary veins. There was no significant difference in the index of left venous pulmonary veins between the left and right pulmonary veins (P = 0.773> 0.05). The other data were statistically significant. There were no significant differences in the pulmonary venous index between men and women Significance (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The anatomical variations of pulmonary veins are large and the size and shape of the pulmonary veins are different. The 64-slice spiral CT can provide anatomic basis of pulmonary veins for radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation and thoracic surgery.
