堆焊工艺参数是影响焊缝成形质量与性能的重要因素。为了提高酸性气田节流阀的耐腐蚀性,采用热丝TIG在AISI 4130基体表面堆焊Inconel625,以堆焊层的高度和融合率为指标,运用正交试验法分析了工艺参数对焊缝成形质量的影响。借助显微镜、XRD、EDS以及显微硬度计对堆焊层的组织、物相、硬度进行了分析。试验结果表明:采用热丝TIG在AISI 4130表面堆焊Inconel625是可行的;优化后的工艺参数获得的焊缝无缺陷、与基体结合良好;堆焊层组织为柱状奥氏体,硬度分布比较均匀,约为230 HV,略低于基体硬度。
Surfacing process parameters affect the quality and performance of weld forming an important factor. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of sour gas field throttle valve, hot wire TIG was used to build Inconel625 on the surface of AISI 4130 basement. The height and fusion rate of surfacing layer were taken as indexes to analyze the influence of process parameters on weld formation Quality impact. The microstructure, phase and hardness of the overlay were analyzed by means of microscope, XRD, EDS and microhardness tester. The test results show that it is feasible to weld Inconel625 on the surface of AISI 4130 by using hot wire TIG. The welding seam obtained by the optimized process parameters is defect-free and well bonded with the substrate. The surfacing layer structure is columnar austenite with uniform hardness distribution , About 230 HV, slightly below the substrate hardness.
