用 7.5 mmol/L,pH5.8的磷酸缓冲液浸番茄种子 5 h,能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长.当幼苗在低温胁迫(5℃± 1℃, 48 h)时,磷酸缓冲液能有效地降低相对电导车、减缓MDA的积累,维持较高的TTC还原力和促进脯氨酸积累.表明磷酸缓冲液浸种能提高番茄幼苗对冷害的抗性.
Soaking the tomato seeds with 7.5 mmol / L phosphate buffer (pH5.8) for 5 h can promote seed germination and seedling growth. When the seedlings under low temperature stress (5 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 48 h), phosphate buffer can effectively reduce the relative conductivity of the car, slow down the accumulation of MDA, to maintain high TTC reducing force and promote proline accumulation. The results showed that the soaking of phosphate buffer could improve the resistance of tomato seedlings to chilling damage.
