激励性评价策略是激励教育的一种手段,教学评价的主要目的是为了激励学生的学习,关注学生学习过程与结果,关注学生学业水平与情感态度,帮助学生认识自我,建立信心。它经常被用在课堂教学中,在作业批改中被忽视,没有形成激励性评价的体系建构,弱化了激励性评价的功能。本文从作业批改中运用激励性评价的重要性、传统作业批改方式弊端、作业批改中如何运用激励性评价这三个方面进行了具体的阐述。
Incentive evaluation strategy is a means of encouraging education. The main purpose of teaching evaluation is to encourage students to learn, pay attention to students ’learning process and result, pay attention to students’ academic level and emotional attitude, help students to recognize themselves and build confidence. It is often used in classroom teaching, overlooked in the operation of the amendment, there is no formation of incentive evaluation of the system construction, weakening the function of incentive evaluation. This article elaborates on the importance of using incentive evaluation in the operation modification, the disadvantages of the traditional operation modification method and how to use the incentive evaluation in the operation modification.
