目的:探讨促排卵联合PureceptionTM密度梯度法优选精子在AIH中的应用。方法:采用促排卵治疗后,用PureceptionTM密度梯度离心法处理精液,并将优选后的精子应用于AIH治疗周期。结果:精液处理后,精子密度由处理前(47.13±22.97)×109/L提高到(69.32±12.65)×109/L,活率由42.27±12.33%提高到83.20±10.21%,畸形精子率由62.42±23.12%降至38.28±17.24%,差异有显著性。59对夫妇共进行了113个AIH治疗周期,自然周期(33例)AIH妊娠率9.10%,促排卵周期(80例)AIH妊娠率15.00%,差异有显著性。结论:PureceptionTM密度梯度法是一种较好的精子优选方法,联合促排卵治疗可以获得获得较满意的AIH临床妊娠率。
Objective: To investigate the application of ovulation induction combined with PureceptionTM density gradient to optimize sperm in AIH. METHODS: After ovulation induction, semen was treated with Pureception ™ density gradient centrifugation and the preferred spermatozoa were applied to AIH treatment cycles. Results: After semen treatment, the sperm density increased from (47.13 ± 22.97) × 109 / L to (69.32 ± 12.65) × 109 / L and the survival rate increased from 42.27 ± 12.33% to 83.20 ± 10.21% 62.42 ± 23.12% to 38.28 ± 17.24%, the difference was significant. A total of 113 AIH cycles were performed in 59 couples. The AIH pregnancy rate was 9.10% in natural cycles (33 cases) and 15.00% in ovulation cycles (80 cases). The difference was significant. Conclusion: PureceptionTM density gradient method is a good method of sperm optimization, combined with ovulation induction can get more satisfactory AIH clinical pregnancy rate.
