胸腺瘤是一种较少见的肿瘤。国内多数报告在纵膈肿瘤中胸腺瘤占第三位。方氏报告该院自1956～1978年22年中共有本病103例。昆明医学院附一院胸外科1973～1982年10年间手术确诊本病12例。Souadjian搜集自1832年Cooper首次报告胸腺瘤至1970年止,世界各国文献中报告的病例已达1208例,其中他们认为诊断可靠的成年病例有598例。上述病例中相当一部份同时伴有其它疾病,常见者为:重症肌无力(186例,占31.10％),血细胞减少(89例,14.88％),胸腺以外的其它癌(70例,11.71％),低丙种球蛋白血症
Thymoma is a rare tumor. Most domestic reports of mediastinal tumors thymoma third place. Fang reported that the hospital from 1956 to 1978, 22 cases of this disease in 103 cases. A significant proportion of the above cases were accompanied by other common diseases: myasthenia gravis (186 cases, 31.10%), cytopenias (89 cases, 14.88%), other thymic cancers (70 cases, 11.71% ), Low gammaglobulinemia
