目的建立饮料中7种人工合成色素柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红的高效液相色谱法检测方法。方法样品中的7种人工合成色素在pH=6的条件下经1.0%的乙腈水提取,超声,离心后供液相色谱检测。检测波长为420、520、650 nm,外标法定量。结果 7种人工合成色素在1.0~50μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9981,平均回收率为73.6%~107.2%,RSD为7.65%~14.77%,检出限均为5 mg/kg。结论本方法操作简便、经济实用、结果准确可靠,可用于样品的批量检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of seven kinds of artificial synthetic lemons, new reds, amaranths, carmine, sunset yellow, brilliant blue and erythrosine in beverages. Methods The seven synthetic pigments in the sample were extracted with 1.0% acetonitrile in water at pH = 6, sonicated and centrifuged for liquid chromatography. Detection wavelength of 420,520,650 nm, external standard method. Results The linearity of the seven synthetic pigments was good in the range of 1.0 ~ 50μg / mL with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.9981, the average recoveries were 73.6% -107.2%, RSDs were 7.65% ~ 14.77%, and the detection limits were 5 mg / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, economical and practical, the results are accurate and reliable, which can be used for batch testing of samples.
