动画的多变性直接导致了动画教育的诸多问题。如全国尚未形成较为明确的教学系统认知;动画专业往往依托于母体资源而产生,动画专业师资匮乏,课程资源上更多地借助绘画、艺术设计师资,很多课程无法开设;动画属于同产业结合相当紧密的专业,缺乏产业实践的支撑;实验室投入与建设的不足等。作者通过在近年的研究与实践,探讨人才培养目标的定位差异、教学体系设计、具体实施方案、精品课程的建设和开发、师资与教材建设、评价体系的构建、地方资源的依托开发等,并重点提出了“阶段式培养计划”和“分层板块式课程结构”等理念,使多元化的培养模式进入良性发展阶段。
The variability of animation directly leads to many problems of animation education. Such as the country has not yet formed a more clear understanding of the teaching system; animation professionals often rely on the parent resources generated, lack of animation professional teachers, curriculum resources more with the help of painting, art and design teachers, many courses can not be opened; animation belongs to the same industry Very close professional, lack of support for industrial practice; lack of laboratory input and construction. Through the research and practice in recent years, the author explores the differences in the orientation of personnel training, the design of teaching system, the implementation plan, the construction and development of excellent courses, the construction of teachers and teaching materials, the construction of evaluation system and the relying on the development of local resources. Focusing on such concepts as “stage-based training plan” and “hierarchical course structure”, the diversified training mode has entered a stage of benign development.
