一、研究的基本思路、方法,采取的改革措施(一)以养成教育为基础,规范日常言行树人之要,德育为本;德育之要,养成为先。为此,我校从养成教育入手,积极教育引导广大青少年学生增强道德意识,践行道德规范,养成良好习惯,培育高尚品质。1.确立德育目标。遵循“被动——主动——自动”德育规律,按照循序渐进的方式,我们确立了德育三级目标——做一个合格的公民、做一个品德高尚的人、做一个优秀的建设者和接班人。
