壮族人民在长期的生产生活中形成了独具特色的饮食文化,很多饮食词汇反映了其民族文化中一些独有的事物和现象,如何将壮族丰富的饮食文化原汁原味地传播和介绍给世界,是很多外宣翻译工作者面对的难题。外宣翻译工作者不仅要遵循“信、达、雅”标准,还要熟知并运用“外宣三贴近”原则,更应最大限度地了解原译和译语受众所处的两种社会文化差异。在翻译策略上,应注意异化与归化相结合,直译、意译、音译等多种翻译方法相结合。

In the translation strategy, we should pay attention to the combination of foreignization and naturalization, such as literal translation, free translation, transliteration and other translation methods.
