我院自1980年以来,采用中西医结合非手术疗法治愈外伤性脾破裂52例,现报告如下。临床资料本组52例中,男44例,女8例,年龄6～63岁,平均38岁。发病至入院期间最短者1小时,最长者78小时,平均18小时。就诊时休克者26例。血红蛋白平均在8.7g%,最低者为6g%。本组均有左季肋部外伤史,其中钝性碰撞伤32例,跌伤8例,锐器伤3例,车祸9例,52例均有腹痛,全腹肌紧张、压痛及反跳痛等血腹症;其中39例有固定左上腹浊音区,23例有左肩部放散痛。全组病例均有
