阐述与TTCI(美国交通运输技术中心)合作,利用移动式钢轨气压焊设备对美国铁道工程工务协会(AREMA)136RE钢轨进行气压焊焊接及焊后轨头硬化处理(欠速淬火)试验,而后通过对试验焊头进行一系列的测试检验,取得检验数据,与相关标准进行比照,从而研制出一套适用于该轨型的焊接和热处理工艺。
Described in cooperation with TTCI (American Transportation Technology Center), the use of mobile rail pressure welding equipment to the United States Railway Engineering Society (AREMA) 136RE rail welding and welding head rail after welding head hardening treatment (under-speed quenching) test, and then by A series of tests on the test welding head test, test data obtained, compared with the relevant standards, so as to develop a suitable for the rail welding and heat treatment process.
