煤与瓦斯突出预测对于煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。人工神经网络是一种用于处理非线性问题的较好方法。采用人工神经网络原理,建立煤与瓦斯突出预测的神经网络模型,为煤与瓦斯突出预测提供新的理论参考依据。研究了线性神经网络和BP神经网络的工作原理,论述了基于MatLab的编程实现。结果表明,两种方法均能满足要求,但BP神经网络的预测精度更高。
Coal and gas outburst prediction is of great significance to coal mine safety production. Artificial neural networks are a good way to deal with nonlinear problems. The artificial neural network theory is used to establish the neural network model of coal and gas outburst prediction, which provides a new theoretical reference for the prediction of coal and gas outburst. The working principle of linear neural network and BP neural network is studied, and the realization of programming based on MatLab is discussed. The results show that both methods can meet the requirements, but the prediction accuracy of BP neural network is higher.
