静脉输液小组在预防化疗药物外渗安全管理中的应用

目的

探讨静脉输液小组在防治化疗药物外渗安全管理中的应用效果。

方法

对照组无静脉输液小组参与,观察组由静脉输液小组进行管理。对比静脉输液小组成立前后化疗药物外渗静脉炎发生率及护理满意度。

结果

对照组静脉炎的发生率为15.2%,化疗药物外渗率为6.9%,显著高于观察组(分别为2.3%、0%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理满意度评分:对照组(82.9±2.7)分,观察组(97.7±1.5)分,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

在化疗药物输液过程中,应用静脉输液小组管理模式,能够降低化疗药物外渗发生率,提高患者满意度,保证静脉输液安全。
