本文报道了舟山出入境检验检疫局在对舟山普陀某公司出国劳务人员进行传染病监测体检时,发现1例急性结核性胸膜炎病例。患者经体格检查,X光检查、化验检查被确诊为左侧结核性、渗出性胸膜炎。检查中发现部分劳务人员因出国心切,常常隐瞒病情,造成诊断困难,提示在体检中应对出国人员做好解释工作,争取他们的积极配合。 This paper reports a case of acute tuberculous pleurisy in Zhoushan Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau during a medical check-up on infectious diseases conducted by a service company of Putuo, Zhoushan. Patients by physical examination, X-ray examination, laboratory tests were diagnosed as left tuberculous exudative pleurisy. Inspection found that part of the service staff due to go abroad, often concealed the condition, resulting in difficulties in diagnosis, suggesting that physical examination should do a good job in explaining the work of foreign personnel to fight for their active cooperation.
