师幼关系不仅直接影响了幼儿在园内的生活与学习活动,还影响了幼儿的身心健康成长。为此,幼儿园教师应该努力营造一种良好的师幼关系,促进幼儿的健康成长。为了更好地了解幼儿教师的师幼关系,我们在《幼儿园园本师德模式研究》的课题前期编制了教师师德状况调查问卷,同时设计了量化表格,做出了分析研究。调查结果表明,教师在面对幼儿时,师德认识、师德情感、师德信念和师德意志基本都没有问题,只是在师德行为方面,主要由于专业技能不足,影响了良好师幼关系的建立。因此,本文将针对这些调查问卷来对良好师幼关系的建立展开分析,以供参考。
The relationship between teachers and children not only directly affects young children’s living and learning activities in the park, but also affects the physical and mental health of young children. To this end, kindergarten teachers should strive to create a good relationship between teachers and children and promote the healthy growth of young children. In order to better understand the teacher-child relationship of kindergarten teachers, we compiled a questionnaire on teachers’ ethics in the early stage of the topic of “Kindergarten Teacher’s Moral Model Research”, and at the same time, we designed a quantitative form and made an analysis. The survey results show that when faced with young children, teachers have no problems with their understanding of ethics, their feelings of ethics, their belief in ethics and the will of teachers. Only in terms of professional ethics, teachers mainly influence their relations with teachers and children due to their lack of professional skills set up. Therefore, this essay will analyze the establishment of good relations between teachers and children according to these questionnaires for reference.
